1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You can return items within 2 days of receiving your order if they meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

    How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Email us at mail@wishyourlove.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
    3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

    Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    2. Refund Policy

    Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

    • Items not returned in their original condition or missing parts.
    • Returns initiated after the 2-day return window has expired.

    Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post).

    3. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at mail@wishyourlove.com with details and photos of the defect or damage.


    4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

    • Send an email to mail@wishyourlove.com with your order number and photos of the item.
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
